Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity Announces Agreement with Greek Resource Services, Inc.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — October 8, 2009 — The Board of Directors of Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity announced an agreement with Greek Resource Services, Inc. to provide accounting and financial services to both the International Fraternity headquarters office located in Ann Arbor, MI and to the Fraternity’s chapters and colonies internationally effective immediately.

“We chose Greek Resource Services, Inc. because of their experience and the success experienced by their clients. Unlike some other billing firms, GRS, Inc. is a full-service, fully integrated firm that will assist our chapters and volunteers to effectively manage the finances of their chapters,” said Stan McMillan, Chairman of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Board of Directors.

Greek Resource Services, Inc. will provide long-term planning and budgeting, membership billing and reporting, vendor accounts payable, payroll and payroll tax reporting, monthly general ledger accounting and reporting, as well as prepare Forms 990 and/or 990-T for the International Office as well as undergraduate chapters and house corporations across the country.

Founded in 1844 at Yale University, Delta Kappa Epsilon has over 40,000 living alumni, and in its history has initiated five men who became U.S. Presidents: Rutherford B. Hayes, Theodore Roosevelt, Gerald R. Ford, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush. DKE has 50 chapters located across the United States and Canada.
